Ballpoint pens :
All you need to get rid of ballpoint pen stains is a little rubbing alcohol (or isopropyl) and a pre-wash stain remover. First, place a paper towel under the stain. Apply a little alcohol on it, and you’ll see that the ink will already start to dissolve.
Use a sponge to blot the stain until the fabric no longer releases ink. Then rinse the area with cold water and apply the pre-wash stain remover. Finally, wash the entire garment in warm water. That’s all you have to do! Your ink stain will be gone!

Tip pens :
It will take a little longer, but even felt pen stains can be removed with this method. All you need is liquid laundry detergent and ammonia. First, keep the stain under cold water to rinse off as much ink as possible.
Next, fill your sink with hot water and add a little detergent. Also, add a little ammonia and place the garment in the sink. Rub the stain with your fingers and let it soak for 30 to 60 minutes (or overnight if it’s a stubborn stain).
You’ll notice that the stain begins to fade. When it’s gone, rinse the garment with cold water. Scrub a little more detergent and clean it normally. Make sure you don’t dry the clothes until you’re sure the stain is completely gone; this applies to both rounds!
