How to use castor oil for hair growth :
- Take some oil and rub it between your palms. Apply the oil to the roots of your hair. Once the entire scalp is covered, spread the oil throughout your hair.
- Massage your scalp using light pressure for 10 to 15 minutes. Leave on for 4 to 6 hours or even overnight. Then shampoo your hair as you normally do. Repeat the application twice a week to stimulate your hair growth.
Note: Do not use too much oil as this will complicate hair cleaning later.
